Dominique, our head nutritionist, will be hosting a talk about Children and Nutrition at the Children Center at St Anne's Catholic church in Damascus, MD.

At the request of the school, this lecture will cover the following topics:

- Get to know your child: picky eater, problem eater, over-eater

- Wean children off processed, high sugar, and high fat foods

- Build healthy eating habits from the beginning

- Get children to eat new foods

- Appropriate snacks and drinks

- Outside influence on your children's food choices and how to counteract them
