Check this workout presented by Dr. Oz Many of our clients have been asking how to incorporate exercise into their new lifestyle. We work with many local fitness trainers, but not everyone can get to a gym or meet with a personal trainer either because of time or money constraints.
For those who can not or want an effective short workout at home, Dominique’s friend Joel Harper is a famous trainer with decades of experience. You may have seen him on Dr. Oz’s television show. His workouts use the body’s own weight, so you’re not on the hook to buy some expensive equipment that will gather dust in the basement. His style reminds us of Dominique’s old trainer at the Gymnase Club in Paris, in fact, which was very successful for her. Joel has workouts for every level and he does not promote pills or weight loss-gimmicks.
You can find 7 minutes in your day to do these very simple exercises. Put on some comfortable clothes or do them barefoot, pop the DVD in your DVD player and follow Joel’s simple steps for stretching, cardiovascular health, improving your balance, and muscle toning.
When you are ready to graduate from this beginner level it is easy to do, because there are multiple levels on each DVD and in each individual workout. If you want to devote more time to your body, he has multiple DVDs to mix up your workouts all in a short amount of time.
