Nutrition Coaching and Education
Our first meeting is a complementary session where we sit down and talk about you. Once we have the information we need to establish a profile, we will schedule a second meeting to give you our report that will detail your deficiencies, why you have cravings, why you suffer from a particular symptom, then we will give you the information you need to correct the problem and start a healthier life. We will then proceed to develop the recipes that will provide you with the nutrients you need, remove the foods that cause you pain or discomfort, all while paying attention to your food restrictions (allergies, dislikes, etc...). Our 10 week program includes a grocery store tour, a kitchen inventory, and weekly meetings for coaching and cooking instructions. Additionally, you are expected to send your food journals daily. This is where our program is superior to any other in the industry. We will give you daily feedback so you can see what you are doing right, wrong, what you can change or improve. You can use this feedback to plan your next meal. Clients who send us their food journals and communicate with us regularly, get the most results from the program. Our programs are personalized, regardless of your diet choice, philosophy, or food preference, we will make recipes that will love to eat. Our nutrition coaches have more than 20 years of experience working with all types of conditions, food preferences, ethnic and age groups. Our youngest client is 1 year old, our oldest is 92 years old. Ou nutrition coaches have travelled to many countries around the world and understand many cultures and can create any exotic recipe of your choice: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Middle-Eastern, North-African. If you have a shy palate, but want to experience these flavors, we can also accommodate that request.
