Fitness Together is a great place to work out. There's no gym membership. They provide personal trainers, a great facility, and privacy. You have your own dressing room, with shower, shampoo, towels, etc. Zizania is a partner with two local franchises. If you sign up for the combined program, a personal trainer and a Zizania coach will be available to answer your questions and design the right program that works for you and fit in your schedule.
